Being a selective depository for the 3rd Congressional District of Tennessee, CHCBL selects approximately 35% of the material the federal government publishes in print, electronic and internet media. These documents are shelved in their own special section in our department. Some indexing material for the document collection is available and our staff is happy to assist locating materials.

Ways you can help the Library

The library world has changed dramatically. With the introduction of computers, libraries have become more than just books. In order for CHCBL to thrive in our community the library must stay updated and equipped to meet many different challenges. While grants and other funding resources have helped, there are still materials and resources that the library system needs assistance to continue to carry.
