Bicentennial Library does not hold the copyright to the pictorial works in its
collections.The publishing party
assumes all responsibility for clearing reproduction rights and adhering to the
U. S. Copyright Code. 2.The
Library can provide a letter stating we have no objections to the use of the
photograph(s). 3.The
photographs shall be used only for the purpose stated in the request. 4.In the case of published works, the
requester/publisher agrees to send the Library a copy of the publication in
which the photographs appear.If
the work contains fewer than five (5) of the Library's photographs, proofs or
tearsheets of the title page, page(s) containing the picture(s), and credit line
will satisfy this requirement. 5.The following credit line must be included for each photograph used from
the Library's collection:

6.In some cases, the Library may refuse to
make reproductions because of the physical condition of the material, copyright
